A community economic development entity, KPADC serves as a catalyst for improving quality of life for our community through collaborative partnerships. Located in urban Indianapolis, the neighborhoods of King Park is a welcoming residential and commercial community bordered by Fall Creek on the north, I-65 on the south, Meridian Street on the west, and the Monon Trail on the east.
We’re committed to improving housing and economic conditions in this area, with funding and other assistance from both public and private sources, including the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), City of Indianapolis, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), government programs, and even neighborhood residents.
